Fabrice was born in Paris, France, in 1978. He holds an MSc in Electronic and Telecommunications Technologies from the Ecole Centrale Paris and a PhD in nonlinear acoustics from the University of Oslo in Norway. He has worked in the seismic and well logging industry from 2000 to 2009 in Norway and Texas for Schlumberger, acquiring knowledge and experience in electronic design in harsh environments. He has also worked on ultrasound-based non-destructive testing for the oil industry. Between 2009 and 2018, he pursued a career in the academia. It led him to France where he was a researcher at the French national institute for health and medical research in Lyon from 2013 to 2015 working on ultrasound mediated drug delivery. Recently Fabrice has completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Oslo where he conducted research on ultrasound elastography and medical ultrasound image formation. His expertise is in wave Physics, numerical simulators, finite-element modeling, and electronic design.
